Do you service areas outside your primary coverage?

Yes! We typically serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and our listed cities, but we often accommodate requests outside our regular coverage area. Simply submit your booking request, and a team member will confirm service availability and scheduling.

How far from Grapevine do you travel?

Our office is located in Grapevine, and we routinely service properties within a 25-mile radius. For properties beyond that range, we evaluate each request individually and often can accommodate service with advance scheduling.

Do you charge extra for travel to certain areas?

We do not charge additional trip fees for properties within our primary service area. For locations outside our standard coverage, any applicable travel fees will be discussed upfront before scheduling service.

Response time depends on your location and our current schedule. Properties within our primary service cities typically receive same-day or next-day service for urgent needs. Filter Club members always receive priority scheduling.
